THE ESOTERIC Sign With PROSTHETIC RECORDS

THE ESOTERIC, the Lawrence, KS-based outfit featuring COALESCE and REGGIE AND THE FULL EFFECT guitarist Cory White as well as former TODAY IS THE DAY drummer Marshall Kilpatric, have signed a worldwide recording deal with Los Angeles-based Prosthetic Records.

Earlier this week, the band (rounded out by bassist Anthony Diale, guitarist Eric Graves and vocalist Steve Cruz) entered Black Lodge studios in Eudora, KS with veteran producer/engineer Ed Rose (COALESCE, ULTIMATE FAKEBOOK, the GET UP KIDS) to commence recording their new full-length album, entitled "With the Sureness of Sleepwalking".

"With the Sureness of Sleepwalking" is slated for a February 22, 2005 street date. Songtitles set to appear on the CD include "Your New Burden", "A Fool's Errand", "Until the Grave Gives Up the Ghost", "Ram-Faced Boy", "This Is Dedicated to the Prettiest One" and "No Jazz Before the Rumble".
